行为准则 Covenant Code of Conduct

我们的承诺 Our Pledge

作为成员、贡献者和领导者,我们承诺让每个人在我们的社区参与都成为无骚扰的经历,无论年龄、体型、可见或不可见的残疾、种族、性别特征、性别认同和表达、经验水平、教育程度、社会经济地位、国籍、个人外表、种族、宗教或性身份和取向如何。 我们承诺以有助于营造一个开放、友好、多元、包容和健康的社区的方式行事和互动。

In the interest of fostering an open and welcoming environment, we as contributors and maintainers pledge to make participation in our project and our community a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, disability, ethnicity, sex characteristics, gender identity and expression, level of experience, education, socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.

Examples of behavior that contributes to creating a positive environment include:

  • 对他人表现出同理心和善意 Using welcoming and inclusive language
  • 尊重不同的观点、看法和经历 Being respectful of differing viewpoints and experiences
  • 给予并优雅地接受建设性的反馈 Gracefully accepting constructive criticism
  • 对自己的错误承担责任并向受影响的人道歉,并从中吸取教训 Focusing on what is best for the community
  • 关注的不仅是个人的最佳利益,还有整个社区的最佳利益 Showing empathy towards other community members

Examples of unacceptable behavior by participants include:

  • 使用包含性的语言或图像,以及任何形式的性暗示或性侵犯 The use of sexualized language or imagery and unwelcome sexual attention or advances
  • 恶意挑衅、侮辱或贬低性言论,以及人身攻击或政治攻击 Trolling, insulting/derogatory comments, and personal or political attacks
  • 公开或私下的骚扰 Public or private harassment
  • 未经他人明确许可,公布他人的私人信息,如住址或电子邮件地址 Publishing others' private information, such as a physical or electronic address, without explicit permission
  • 其他在专业环境中可能被视为不适当的行为 Other conduct which could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting

我们的责任 Our Responsibilities

项目维护者负责明确可接受行为的标准,并且在出现任何不可接受行为时,应采取适当且公平的纠正措施。

Project maintainers are responsible for clarifying the standards of acceptable behavior and are expected to take appropriate and fair corrective action in response to any instances of unacceptable behavior.

项目维护者有权也有责任删除、编辑或拒绝那些不符合本行为准则的评论、提交内容、代码、维基编辑、问题以及其他贡献,或者暂时或永久禁止任何他们认为行为不当、具有威胁性、冒犯性或有害的贡献者。

Project maintainers have the right and responsibility to remove, edit, or reject comments, commits, code, wiki edits, issues, and other contributions that are not aligned to this Code of Conduct, or to ban temporarily or permanently any contributor for other behaviors that they deem inappropriate, threatening, offensive, or harmful.

范围 Scope

本行为准则适用于所有项目空间,当个人在公共空间代表项目或其社区时也同样适用。代表项目或社区的例子包括使用官方项目电子邮件地址、通过官方社交媒体账号发布内容,或作为指定代表出席线上或线下活动。项目维护者可进一步定义和阐明代表项目的含义。

This Code of Conduct applies within all project spaces, and it also applies when an individual is representing the project or its community in public spaces. Examples of representing a project or community include using an official project email address, posting via an official social media account, or acting as an appointed representative at an online or offline event. Representation of a project may be further defined and clarified by project maintainers.

执行 Enforcement

如遇滥用、骚扰或其他不当行为的情况,可联系@Yuerchu或者admin@yuxiaoqiu.cn进行举报。所有投诉都将得到审查和调查,并会根据具体情况作出必要且适当的回应。项目团队有义务对举报人的身份予以保密。有关具体执行政策的更多细节可能会另行公布。

Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported by contacting the project maintainer using any of the @Yuerchu or admin@yuxiaoqiu.cn. All complaints will be reviewed and investigated and will result in a response that is deemed necessary and appropriate to the circumstances. The project team is obligated to maintain confidentiality with regard to the reporter of an incident. Further details of specific enforcement policies may be posted separately.

不真诚遵循或执行行为准则的项目维护者可能会面临由项目领导团队其他成员决定的暂时或永久性后果。

Project maintainers who do not follow or enforce the Code of Conduct in good faith may face temporary or permanent repercussions as determined by other members of the project's leadership.
